This tasks involves the working with designing and implementing a place within talk page discussions where certain content within said discussions can be accentuated/made more prominent.

Story

• Facilitator: As someone who is motivated to make the state of a discussion/debate/vote/RFC more clear/legible to the people participating in it and others who may be reading it, I want a way to display the key points/questions/concerns/etc. that emerged in the discussion, so that we can we can collectively decide what happens next based on a shared set of information
• Reader: As someone who is interested in the topic of an ongoing discussion, I want to be able to easily understand the state of the discussions, so that I can decide what – if anything – I have to add.
