Description

The above url contains wrong link to uncategorized pages instead to
uncategorized category.

in includes/SpecialUncategorizedcategories.php :
wfSpecialUncategorizedcategories() create an object of type
UncategorizedPagesPage it must be an UncategorizedCategoriesPage object. Symptom
is than this special page contain next link to uncategorized page not to
uncategorized category. Patch attached
