Loading https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets, the list of gadgets is substituted by

It may be due to the update of MediaWiki?
MediaWiki was updated minutes ago and it is also happening on other wiki's like Commons.
On Polish Wikinews the same occurs. No gadget is loaded.
Special:Gadgets shows only an error message: [179c097f-9452-4211-8800-50641bc4d02d] 2022-03-09 19:18:25: Fatal exception of type „TypeError”.
There are no errors logged to the console. I see no failed requests initiated by the client-side JS (HTTP 200 everywhere). User scripts work as before.
