Description:
Our CR instance is loading its CSS through the ResourceLoader as it should, but for some reason it is also calling the stylesheet http://bits.wikimedia.org/w/extensions-1.17/CodeReview/codereview.css?8 directly. I can't see how in the code it could be doing that, and the file shouldn't, according to SVN, even exist, so I assume it's a configuration issue?
