Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

I have been using Wikipedia for years but only just heard about [[Community Tech/Wikitext editor syntax highlighting]]. If the default was "on" other people would discover it earlier.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?): Surely almost everyone would prefer it on?
