For the records, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/Hokwelum/ is currently linked to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Hokwelum . For various reasons it would help if staff were asked when onboarding to link their staff accounts instead (in this case probably https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:HOkwelum_(WMF) ).
