Description

A link to a general help page for all possible continuous integration entry points and commands available on cli will be helpful, I think.

Looking at the content of https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Continuous_integration/Entry_points I'm not sure exactly if this link will be helpful?
It might be better wiritng some more specific mwcli help text
