The page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archbishop_of_Magdeburg] should have an interwiki link [[de:Erzbischöfe_von_Magdeburg]]. However, the URL gets mangled in some way. It should be resolved to http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erzbischöfe_von_Magdeburg, but isn't.

Works fine.

Do you have a standards-violating proxy server which inserts fraudulent
referrer fields in your HTTP requests?
