Description

It can be nice for sysops to export deleted pages.

At the moment the sysop has to restore, export and delete the page or create the export xml manually.

Shouldn't be inherently difficult; WikiExporter class probably needs a variant (subclass? option?) to pull from archive instead of page/rev, and then some sort of UI to trigger it (either by extending Special:Export or Special:Undelete or both, probably)

Marking with bugsmash keyword; could be a good smallish but useful project for someone at the Berlin hackathon.
