Currently Content Interactions charts on Superset use the cchen.repo_diversity_interactions table which should move to wmf_product and be automated using the Product Analytics team's jobs for movement-metrics

1. Create new table wmf_product.content_interactions
2. Add ETL components (notebook, create & update queries) to analytics/wmf-product/jobs
   • Target : Scheduled run June 7, 2022
3. Backfill data from cchen.repo_diversity_interactions
   • will be handled in T287420

• Currently this table is not used for calculating metrics reported in Readers-movement-metrics.
