Description

One of the goals of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T309784 was provide some guarantee about event ordering. Depending on how https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T311085 progresses, we might deviate from that behaviour.

This task is to capture eventual behaviour changes and a discussion on what is expected of Mediawiki Stream Enrichment.
