Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Use incategory with a category that contains a colon in its name: incategory:"en:Programming" to look up the contents of Category:en:Programming

What happens?:

No results are yielded.

What should have happened instead?:

The contents of the category should be yielded.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
