Description

We want to show the user how many wikis it has an how many wikis it can create.

This is currently not exposed through the api in any way.

We need to add this to the /mine endpoint for the UI to use.

The /mine endpoint is currently served by WikisController@getWikisOwnedByCurrentUser

/mine endpoint includes how many wikis a user has and what the limit is.
