Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
This is a similar issue to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T315087, but in the zobject-editor, instead of function-editor.

• Go to an existing function, and to the fallback editor view.
• Update one of the argument labels (you do need to click out of the box at the end).

What happens?:

• The Current zObject Viewer does update with the name, but the work summary doesn't.

What should have happened instead?:
The name should also be reflected in the work summary.
