As a followup of T314835 we should cleanup the rdf-streaming-updater-codfw container.

The flink job is currently using a single folder there and it should not be touched: the folder T314835.
Everything else should be removed and the objects to remove should be under the root folders:

• flink_ha_storage
• wikidata
• commons

AC:

• the rdf-streaming-updater-codfw should have fewer that 1000 objects
• the rdf-streaming-updater-codfw should consume less than 40Gb
