When I want to download realtime batch file I want to have an API endpoint so that I can be able to do so.
Acceptance criteria
Endpoint to be able to download realtime batch file.
To-Do
- create an endpoint GET /v2/hourlys/{date}/{identifier}/download to download the file
- create an endpoint HEAD /v2/hourlys/{date}/{identifier}/download to get file related metadata

All of the info and endpoint specs are in api-specs-v2 repository in a swagger file.
