The server epsilon was offered by the glorious volunteer Gfv for years for free.

Now, Wikimedia Italy has the economic resources to not continue to use this hardware resource, to:

• sustain volunteers (like Gfv)
• simplify sysadmin onboarding (since now root cannot be shared)

TODO

1. understand which services are in use (little help from Gvf)
2. understand which services can be destroyed (little help from end-users)
3. understand which remaining services need a migration elsewhere (little help from current WMIT sysadmin)
