Description

Any new change that goes through the pipelinelib fails if the repository doesn't contain a .dockerignore file.

And the corresponding builds that were failing before I added .dockerignore.

Setting as UBN! as many builds will probably fail as a consequence.

The builds were affected by https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T320988 Sorry you were affected by that.

There is a new deployed Bubbler version that should fix the issue.

@Joe confirmed his builds are working again, @elukey please feel free to close the ticket if you confirm the fix on your side too.
