Description

Web2Cit-Server's T321002 has been resolved and now the server does not return an error if no target paths have been specified for a domain.

However, Web2Cit monitor is failing with a "Target is a empty list" error in those cases.

As discussed in our call today, consider accepting empty targets arrays.
