Add “orphaned” to the common tags list.
Probably just need to modify and test https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:PageTriageExternalTagsOptions.js
The orphan tag is already present in the "metadata" section. We could copy or move it to the "common" section. I'll have to check, but i suspect a move might be easier. Thoughts?
I think we should copy it. I think "Common" is supposed to be some hand picked popular templates from other sections. I see several existing duplicates in the Common section, including No Footnotes and No References.
