Feature summary: The ability to collect comments in SecurePoll was added in T300087. In T300088, the decision was made to use TranslateWiki for this purpose. However, it would be good to allow this to be customised through the interface.

• Allows for clarity around the purpose of the field (e.g. perhaps you want to collect something more specific than just "comments").
