ArticleInfo: Update links count query following templatelinks normalization

Split from T318823.

In XTools' ArticleInfo tool, the "Links" section used to include a count of the number of transclusions. This was temporarily removed after the query broke when the templatelinks table was normalized. The query simply needs to be updated.

Apparently this was already fix in the code, but I don't know what commit fixed it. But the "Templates" count (which is the number of templates used on the page, not the number of translcusions) will be restored on the next deploy.
