When trying to use REGEXP_LIKE in a query, I get

execute command denied to user ... for routine 'enwiki_p.REGEXP_LIKE'

Plain RLIKE works so I assume this is not intentional. Besides the error being confusing, REGEXP_LIKE is slightly more powerful than RLIKE (e.g. you can control case matching) so it would be nice to get it allowed.
