@MusikAnimal I have left a message at the village pump. I doubt it will get any response since the Nepali Wiki is rarely active. Most admins are also not that active.

Sorry, I think we need at least someone showing explicit support to constitute "consensus". Perhaps we could ping some active users? @biplabanand is a sysop and if they agree I'm fine with proceeding.
