Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Go to any article on the French Wikipedia (with the 2022 Vector skin or logged-out)
Look at the TOC

What happens?:

What should have happened instead?:
"Sommaire (masquer)" should have be shown instead.

The translations were created on TranslateWiki on the 15th of November (1, 2)

There's a way to "force" translations by creating a local MediaWiki page, but for some reason it doesn't work (1, 2)

Here are the labels shown with uselang=qqx:

It now works on the French Wikipedia with the local translations, but there's still the issue with TranslateWiki and other French-language wikis.

Looks now okay on other French-language wikis.
