Make automated toolforge emails have valid SPF

Description

Automated emails about job failures are sent from no-reply@toolforge.org This is sometimes causing the notices to be marked as spam.

There is no SPF records on toolforge.org . however, there is a valid one for toolserver on tools.wmflabs.org

Can we either change the no-reply email address to be no-reply@tools.wmflabs.org or could we copy over a valid SPF for toolforge.org ? This way notices are less likely to be missed.
