CentralAuth shows user as blocked but block log has no entries

Description

eo.wikipedia.org blocked me on 5 October 2022.
I have not edited anything on their page, so they asked the unblock to me. here

They replied that there is no block to me. here

But the block is still there. here

When applying for test administration, it is advised that it is necessary to solve it first.

CA is considered to be in trouble. Please help.

Done. I've removed the block manually (by going to Special:Unblock and unblocking "#1257" (which was the block ID). This was caused by global suppression being broken sometime in 2011, mistakenly showing the block for a different user than for who it was intended.

Probably CentralAuth (as in, Special:CentralAuth for the user shows they're blocked, even though that's not true).
