As reported here, and in at least one other venue that I've lost the link to, users are (rarely) receiving a Wikipedia Library notification that says they're eligible to access the library, but upon logging in, are told they don't have enough total edits.

There seems to be a mismatch somewhere, in rare cases, where the library's definition of total edit count does not match the notification's.
