Writing {{#something:}} into a Phab comment makes text disappear

This comment looks almost empty: T70385#737861 . But if you click the arrow down button and then "View Raw Remarkup", it shows relevant content. Is the comment syntax parser broken?

This is basically about writing the string {{#whatever:}}; this can also be seen in the comment preview. I'd assume this is an upstream issue.

Also looks like X in {{#X:}} needs to be a proper English word...

Note to myself: Merging https://we.phorge.it/rP7868ab3754fad13714640451d664d5bc71b7a02f did not change this behavior.
Very unlikely to be a duplicate of T284397 but instead a separate issue.
