The parameters in URL aren't interpreted correctly. By default, I use:

My latest request at 2023-01-09 15:00 MEZ worked correctly. Since 2023-01-10 09:00 the result shows only edits from 2023-01-09 22:31 MEZ and later.

en-WB seems to work incorrectly in the same way:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges?hidebots=1&hidecategorization=1&limit=1000&days=14&enhanced=1&urlversion=2
Result only edits from 2023-01-09 21:31 UTC and later.

Hiding Wikidata edits works – use URL parameter hideWikibase=1
https://de.wikibooks.org/wiki/Spezial:Letzte_%C3%84nderungen?hidebots=1&hidecategorization=1&limit=500&days=14&enhanced=1&urlversion=2&hideWikibase=1

What should have happened instead?: show all requested edits
