Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Have email notifications for mentions enabled
- Make your user language English
- Have user who's user language is Russian mention you in an edit that contains a user-language dependent text such as https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Template:Property
What happens?:
You receive an email whose language-dependent text is in the language of the user who sent the notification.
In this case I recieved an email that had Russian when my user language is English.

What should have happened instead?:
It should have showed the English labels of the Wikidata entities.
