On en:wp, when using Vector 2010: a link in the left sidebar saying "Switch to new look" in the same place that Vector 2022 says "Switch to old look".

What happens?:

Currently there is no such link. After switching away from V2022, users have to remember how to find the skins preference panel to switch back.

What should have happened instead?:

• A left sidebar link as above, should offer a one-click change to Vector 2022 without leaving the page I am reading, supporting easy switching back and forth. This was discussed a number of times in en:wp threads about how to let users try the two skins with minimal friction. See also T327465
