During the Language team communications to enable CX and SX, some Wikipedia communities rejected the Content and Section translation tool Wiki.

There is a need to document their issues and other complaints of some Wikis about CX and SX in a spreadsheet so we can work towards understanding their problems, meeting their needs and having the data handy for future use.

Task:
Document the significant issues some Wikipedia communities have reported about CX and SX and share it with the Language team.
