Description

In T326512 we saw pwb fail on an automatic upgrade of pwb from https://github.com/toolforge/paws/blob/a1499a64835649125696bc8c1cef6f06184f8519/paws/values.yaml#L305
We should remove the postStart hook so that we aren't surprised in the same way in the future.
