Procurement Tickets Access Request for pfischer

Description

Phabricator Username: pfischer

Reasons For Request: I'm employed as member of the Search/Discovery team and cannot access certain Phabricator tickets.

2 examples of tickets that @pfischer cannot access at the moment: T324665 / T325203. One is security related, the other is procurement. I'm not sure which group or ACL needs to be added to Peter.

According to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T327746#8552724 the second example falls in the realm of SRE-Access-Requests.

Ah, I got confused by the initial task title, procurement ACLs are actually in scope :-)
