Non-English Wikipedias may have the equivalent page in a completely different namespace, e.g. the Dutch page is Wikipedia:Snelcursus. But using that translation will automatically cause the message to be marked as obsolete because the namespace is not "Help:".

translatewiki.net is to translate MediaWiki also for third party users, not only for wmf wikis like the nlwp.
So the check seems okay and as translators you should only provide a default translation usable for all wikis and create a local page for use on nlwp.
