Add the new Contribute persistent entry point to the content_translation_event schema

Description

In T321386, a new entry point to Content Translation was added to track when when users access the tool by using the "Contribute" persistent entry point. This new entry point will require new event_source values to be added to the schema and the schema readme.

Confirmed that the event source value associated with this new event (event_source = 'contributions_page') has already been added to the schema and schema readme. Declining as this ticket is not needed. I'll investigate in T321386 why these events are not yet logging in the content_translation_event schema.
