As a followup to T315606, this task is to add syntax formatting and coloring (similar to our current section editor) to the talk page composing text views. We still want to avoid Code Mirror at this time, so this task is to implement a pure native solution.

This has already been partially explored with TextKit in the prototype/talk-pages/syntax-highlighting branch.
