Displays a special page interface for mediawiki.

Why do you expect https://zh.wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:Captcha/image to "Display a special page interface for mediawiki"?
What is this expectation based on?

不传递wpCaptchaId (1 | 2) 当然会报错。
