Temporary accounts are currently treated as logged in users for the purposes of the "MustBeLoggedIn" config. However, temporary accounts do not have the same abilities as "named" account (one that isn't temporary). For example, temporary accounts cannot have preferences.

There should be a decision on how to deal with temporary accounts, which can be one of the following:

• Treat temporary accounts as a anonymous user for the "MustBeLoggedIn" check
• Treat temporary accounts as being logged in for the "MustBeLoggedIn" (current behaviour).
• Make a new config key that allows specifying if temporary accounts can use the form.
