Backgound

IP masking dashboard takes a long time to load as too many panels are added in one dashboard. In addition, after superset was upgraded from version 1.4.2 to version 1.5.3 (T323458), some of components are not recommended to use.

To do

Review each panel, remove some of them to reduce loading time.
Replace filter_box by dashboard filter components.
