Allow to query by version identifier in Ondemand API - needs refinement

Description

As an data re-user I want to be able to query Ondemand API for different versions of the article, so that in case of write failure I can re-fetch this particular version to keep the historical data.

Acceptance criteria
I can query the Ondemand API using version identifier to get the particular version of an article.

ToDo

  • need to figure out how many revisions are we going to store? all of them?
  • what infrastructural changes need to be made in order to support this
  • what software changes need to be made in order to support this
