Description

We need to define disaster recovery procedures so that we know how to deal with the incident and have a ready plan at hand.

Acceptance Criteria
Disaster recovery documented and procedures are verified.

ToDo

ensure all the critical bits have backups activated
prepare the disaster recovery plan and documentation around different DR scenarios
verify the DR procedure with destroying critical EC2/EBS resources
