Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Navigate to: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nexhat_Hakiu?useskin=vector&uselang=en
- Scroll down to Languages in the sidebar
- Click on "Add links"
What happens?:
Message "An unknown error occurred" is shown.
This happens for both articles that are not connected to Wikidata and for those that have only one sitelink - to the currently seen page (so no foreign articles are present).

What should have happened instead?:
A standard workflow to add a language is triggered.

The issue is reproducible in Vector 2022 too, provided that the ULS dialog ("Translate this page" / "Open language settings") will not load on clicking the language switcher button.
