Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
Searched anyone on https://guc.toolforge.org/ can replicate the issue.
What happens?:
It shows me with Error: Database error: Unable to connect to s1.web.db.svc.wikimedia.cloud and none of the edits were showed up.

What should have happened instead?: Showing global contributions of user being searched.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): N/A
