Arbitrary HTML is no longer allowed in the minoreditletter and newpageletter messages. (Raw HTML is generally dangerous and we're phasing
it out for system messages, where old hardcoded texts known to be safe are now user-supplied and may not be).
I've removed the HTML tags added to these two tags (see Special:Allmessages to get at all the available messages). Styling can be done via CSS
(globally in MediaWiki:Monobook.css), these two objects are wrapped in <span> tags with a particular class. I've copied in styles that seem
equivalent for these two.
