On Special:Recentchanges, "diff" and "hist" links are unnecessarily shown for
some Special:Log subpage entries, e.g. /rights & /block, but not for /delete.

*Remove (diff; hist) display for log entries and page move entries
*Fix indent of page move entries, needed an extra space because of patrol
feature

bug is already implemented in HEAD, recentchanges entry show a link
the the special:log subpage instead of (diff) (hist).
