When editing a redirect page, edits are ignored if text is added after the
#REDIRECT line. This is quite bad for people that want to place a deletion
request on a redirect page. The edit is ignored completely, i.e. it does not
change the article and it does not show up in the history. This is very
confusing and feels broken.
Adding the text before the #REDIRECT line works however, in the sense that the
page is then no longer a redirect, and the edit is saved normally. The same
should be true if thext is entered after the redirect line. The code that checks
if an article is a redirect should first check if the article has only one
non-empty line, else it's not a redirect. That way, edits would no longer be
ignored and the behavior would be less confusing to the user.
