The prod pixel DB for campaign events needs updated after a recent schema change, as many tests are currently failing at https://pixel.wmcloud.org/reports/campaign-events/index.html

One of the two following repos needs updated, need to investigate and fix

added new DB to the pixel-seed-data repo and have a PR up at the primary pixel DB at https://github.com/wikimedia/pixel/pull/219
