I didn't file a subtask for this, but I ended up making significant revisions to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Cloud_VPS_project as part of my changes to Portal:Cloud_VPS in T347349 and Help:Cloud_VPS in T347350. Much of the information on Portal:Cloud_VPS was duplicated on Help:Cloud_VPS_project or made more sense on the revised landing page Help:Cloud_VPS.
